1.Raw material composition
It is composed by blending 100% polypropylene (PP) through spunbonding process, meltblown process and spunlace process. The raw material is non-toxic, non-irritating and does not contain any other chemical components.
2.Raw material characteristics
Lightweight: The specific gravity is only 0.9, approximately three-fifths of that of cotton, and it has fluffy and comfortable texture.
Soft: It is composed of fine fibers (2-3D) and is formed through hot melt bonding, resulting in a moderate softness.
Breathable and water-permeable: Polypropylene chips do not absorb water, and the finished product has a porous structure with good air permeability, making it easy to stay dry.
3.Antibacterial and corrosion-resistant: The chemical stability of the raw material is high, it is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and it has antibacterial properties. Applicable scenarios
